Registration Options for Official Delegations

Official Delegations of the International Transport Forum Member States and Observers have been sent an invitation to 2012 Summit including login data for online registration for five (5) persons.

Official Delegations have the opportunity to register online or via the Registration Help Desk.

Online Registration

A Transport Management Board member of each Official Delegation has been sent login data for five persons. If you have received your personal login data, start the online registration using this button.

If you have no login data and you are a Member of the Official Delegation, please contact the TMB member of your delegation.

Enter your login data. On the page ‘Personal details’ overwrite the N.N. with your first and last name. Follow the registration process step by step.

The registration process allows you to book at an official hotel. If you want to book a hotel room at a later date, you may skip that page. However, we would recommend that you book hotel accommodation with your first login, as May is a very popular time in Leipzig. You may also come back to your registration with your login data to amend and/or modify the details.

Please note that online registration only allows for payment by credit card. If you choose to make payment by bank transfer, please use the PDF registration form.
