ECMT Licences: Country Information
IMPORTANT NOTICE: Please note that some ECMT licences for 2013 bear printing defects. These defects may appear randomly on the licences attributed to any of the Member countries. For further description / samples of these defects click here:

The following information presents for each country: the distribution of licences as at 1st
January, their current status (issued, cancelled, stolen or lost) as well as the validity restrictions
in Austria, Greece and Italy.

Notification from
the Ministry of Transport, Maritime Affairs and Communications of Turkey,
informing that printing defects have been detected in licences printed for 2013.
This notification is a sample of the printing defects. These licences have already been attributed to the hauliers and will be used as of 1 January 2013. Please notify your control authorities accordingly and ask for their understanding during border checks
