Transport Policies in the Three South-Caucasus States (Armenia, Azerbaijan, Georgia)
ECMT-World Bank Joint Seminar, Tbilisi, 18-19 April 2002
The main objectives of the Seminar were to exchange views on transport priorities and their implementation in the three south-Caucasus countries; review successes and failures over the last decade and define new challenges; find issues of common interest and possibilities for co-operation in the transport sector; share the experience in policy formulation from more advanced countries, from ECMT, World Bank and other international organisations; and devise principles for linkages between national goals, regional interests, and requirements of Pan-European transport policy.

The conclusions and Recommendations presented in the document CM(2002)25 ; French version (PDF 23Kb) ; Russian version (PDF 72Kb) were approved by the Ministers in Bucharest.
